Hi Janet, some goat producers in Luzon is actually delivering chevon or goat meat in Manila supermarkets already. Goat meat is actually almost the same way as beef but there are some specialty dishes that is best cook with chevon.
Im planning to start a small scale goat farm,and i want to know how to be a member of FGASPAPI,and can you be able to recommend me some good breeders were i can purchase Boer and equipments.My place is in Tiaong Quezon

Is goat meat available in supermarkets na? Is it cook differently from your regular meat products?
